Our dedicated and experienced 608 Dahlia team, led by Chef Jessica Roy, is on hand to assist with all aspects of your planning: menu development, timeline, layout, rental selection and management, staffing, and vendor recommendations. We pride ourselves in building trusted relationships with our clients and vendors to help ensure the success of each event.
Our event menu has several package options available for you to peruse. One of the best first steps in planning is to have our team create a customized estimate for you based on the specific package or elements that you're interested in. 608 Dahlia is proud to be the exclusive caterer at Sherman Library and Gardens. The Gardens' venue rental agreement would be separate from, and in addition to, the catering contract that we would provide; we are separate companies but work closely together to ensure the success of each event. Sherman Gardens hosts only one private event per evening- we encourage you to contact the Gardens' Events Manager to discuss availability and venue rental rates: 949-673-2261, ext 308, info@slgardens.org or by visiting https://thesherman.org/host-an-event/
For luncheon events and large group reservations (bridal showers, birthday celebrations, baby showers) during our regular operating hours (Wed-Sun 11am-2pm)- please view our Special Luncheons Page.
