Executive Chef Jessica Roy brings over a decade of professional cooking experience, three Michelin star restaurant experience, and two national TV show cooking competition wins to 608 Dahlia (formerly DBA Cultivar) where she has partnered with The Sherman Gardens to highlight true Garden-to-Table cooking. All of Cultivar's ingredients are hand selected by Chef Jessica to delight the palate and create beauty just as you will find throughout the garden.
